Yes. All our Bucharest packages can be customized. You can replace activities, add extra experiences or remove activities you don't want. We can adapt the weekend according to your group size, interests, budget and arrival/departure times.

Yes. When you see options such as Paintball / Giant Beer Pong or Sexy Wake-Up / Dominatrix Show, you can select your preferred activity. You can also ask us for the price of both.

No. Although many packages are designed for stag parties and bachelor parties in Bucharest, we also organize bachelorette and hen parties, birthdays, girls' trips, groups of friends and private celebrations.

Most packages work best for groups of approximately 8 people or more, but we can organize weekends for smaller and much larger groups as well. Some activities have minimum participant requirements, so alternatives may be recommended for smaller groups.

Yes. We create a schedule based on your arrival and departure times, selected activities and preferred nightlife plans. Activity times are arranged to keep the weekend practical while still leaving enough free time between experiences.

A host or guide is included for selected activities and nightlife experiences. For VIP packages, dedicated party hosts can accompany the group and coordinate reservations, venues and logistics.

This depends on the package. Some include limousine airport pickup, while others include private van transfers. Where a return transfer is specified, transportation is included both ways.

Yes. Private transfers can be arranged when required. For activities located outside central Bucharest, we can also include transportation in your personalized package.

It depends on the activity. Open-bar experiences include drinks according to the package description, while some activities include a specific number of beers, shots or other drinks. VIP club and restaurant packages can also include bottle packages.

For private groups booking through Bucharest City Tales, we can organize a dedicated Pub Crawl with your own guide. The route normally includes several bars and finishes with club entrance, depending on the selected package and night.

The drinks included depend on the experience. For example, the daytime Beer Bar Crawl includes an open bar for beer during the specified period, while selected Strip Club packages include an open-bar option. Exact inclusions are confirmed before booking.

Yes. Premium clubs may apply a dress code. For FACE Club and similar venues, we recommend smart-elegant clothing. Sportswear, beachwear and excessively casual clothing should be avoided. We will provide the relevant dress-code information before your night out.

For most activities, you don't need to carry your ID with you. A valid ID or passport is mandatory only for Shooting and Quad/ATV activities. For the rest of the weekend, things are generally easy-going, although having a photo or copy of your ID on your phone can be useful.

No. Participants must not consume alcohol before shooting. Anyone considered under the influence may be refused participation for safety reasons.

Bring swimwear, flip-flops or pool shoes and a towel. Towels and other items can normally be rented or purchased at the venue if required. We recommend arriving slightly before your booked entry time.

Yes, where availability allows. The itinerary is flexible and we try to adapt activity times to your group's preferences. However, once reservations have been confirmed, some changes may depend on supplier and venue availability.

Yes. That's the purpose of our packages. Bucharest City Tales can coordinate your activities, reservations, nightlife, transfers and hosts so that you don't have to contact multiple suppliers during your stay.

Send us your preferred package, travel dates, group size and any activities you would like to change. We will check availability and send you the final itinerary and price. A deposit is required to confirm the reservations.

Yes. We understand that group numbers can change before a bachelor or bachelorette weekend. Let us know as soon as possible and we will recalculate the package where necessary. Some activities have minimum group sizes or fixed group costs.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for spring and summer weekends and for larger groups. Premium clubs, limousines, private entertainment and activities with limited capacity can sell out on busy weekends.

Instead of organizing every activity separately, you have one local team coordinating your Bucharest party weekend. We manage reservations, timings, suppliers, hosts and changes, helping the group spend less time organizing and more time enjoying Bucharest.
